We were dealt with quickly and our questions were answered satisfactorily. Although after booking our cabins were altered but rather than cancel we accepted the alternatives. Apart from this everything else was acceptable

Excellent Service by Jeanette. I knew the Holland America cruise I wished to book. She arranged a package deal with flights, transfers and 2 nights in a hotel before embarkation. A cabin upgrade was offered (and accepted) and an board credit included. Hotel and flight options offered and discussed for greatest convenience.
