Straight forward and local

Very pleasant experience got exactly what I was looking for .

Talked to Nicola about our holiday in 2027 she was Very helpful pleasant and knowledgeable

Lucinda was very helpful and helped with recommendations I asked for she talked me through the price break down clearly which was greatly appreciated, Lucinda was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable and was brilliant with my grandson who got quite inpatient while we were there, I’ve booked an amazing holiday with everything I wanted and I’m very happy, thank you Lucinda x

Outstanding service, rang day before my visit to arrange a city break with my Son, excellent choices were given to me, booked instantly...... much prefer face to face service, can't beat that type of service, lovely visit to the store.

Me and my daughter booked up a holiday with South shields branch after I booked up on for my husband and I last year. We found them really knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly they listened to what we were looking for and together came up with some options. We were offered a drink while we sat there and to be honest they couldn't have done enough for us. We had a lovely experience with them from beginning to end. This was the same when I booked up my first cruise with them. I often book online however sometimes it's nice to gain some knowledge from others and have the stress taken away from having to look for hours till you find the right one. Definitely rate them a 5 for the customer service. Lovely bunch of girls.

The whole experience was so easy. I came in just knowing that I wanted to go to Venice. Kerry couldn’t have been more helpful. She talked me through all the options and by the end of my visit my holiday was booked. I never felt rushed or pressured into choosing something I was unsure about. First class service. Thank you
