Demi was very passionate about the task in hand. Although I had chosen where I wanted to be but, never having been before she went through what was in and around the resort so that I had the full picture and not just reliant of the written word. The whole process was straight forward and she was very understanding when I realised that I had forgotten my card to make payment and held onto the booking whilst I went and got it. The only negative is not about the staff and process which was first class but, I feel the shop needs a good make over it has been looking a bit wor/shabby for a number of years and being the only travel agent in the nook area it could be made to look more welcoming. Give the staff a nicer environment to work in, other shops are much more updated

Only problem is I’ve booked a room with private pool and I’ve been onto hotel to check that pool is in the sun and they are now saying I need to pay extra to guarantee this which I’m really not happy about!!
