Easy from start to finish
From the original quotation of my holiday, to the follow up that allowed me to change my holiday quote to match new parameters for my future holiday, through to the booking, everything was done smoothly and without complaint. All the details were explained, the options that were available, and the payment plans that were available were all clear and precise, which allowed me to book the break I wanted.

Great holiday booking experience with Hays Travel
Zoe was extremely helpful from the moment we walked into the store. Exploring and showing us all the holiday options that met our specific itinerary on the screen making it an enjoyable experience. We soon received a quoted email the same day with all the shortlisted options fully detailed and costed out to enable us to make our decision. Confirming the booking was easy.
