Excellent service again from Stephen. He sorted out our change of cruise. Lovely team at Above Bar, Southampton.

I always book my holidays through Hays. The staff are always so helpful in making sure that the holiday looks just right for me and Stephen in particular so knowledgeable about the different resorts.

The ladies in the Southampton branch was so helpful and accommodating we will definitely be using them again

The staff were very helpful when booking my holiday and recommended the hotel that I would be staying at having used it themselves. They were correct as it was a really lovely one. I would have given 5 stars but I have been inundated with e-mails since then from TUI, but I would still book from them if I saw something that I like.

All the agents I spoke to were very helpful and always came back to me quickly with any requested information, nothing was too much trouble. Despite Trump's attempt to ruin our dream holiday, the team found us a fantastic alternative away from the middle east troubles.
