Karen was really helpful
Karen was really helpful. I normally book a holiday online but because my friend has slight mobility issues at the moment I didn’t want to book somewhere that could cause her walking issues. Karen was very knowledgeable of the areas we had in mind so that was a great comfort.

I went into Hays to book a cruise for my 60th birthday for 2027. I spoke to Anna she was so helpful she looked at 3 differnt carribean cruise to fjnd the best cruise to suit me, eveything was explained in detail. Annas customer service was 2nd to none.
