Very easy to book once you have found your destination and hotel accommodation which was all done on the internet.

Booked a cruise with the Southend branch over the phone. Pleasant service although the Hays website for booking cruises is far worse than Seascanner, Iglu etc... They price matched for me which is benefit.

She spoke to both my mum and I who were there together. She was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

My wife and I wanted to book a week long trip to Jersey. I had checked on line with EasyJet holidays, the firm that we wanted to go with, but we were struggling to find the holiday we wanted.

I called into Hayes Travel in Southend and explained all this to the rep. She subsequently found two holiday that were suitable, to take away to discuss with my wife.

We chose the more homely looking venue and I completed the booking the next day, with the same rep. The only small surprise was that although the holiday was booked for June, full payment was required immediately.

However I cannot fault the rep. She was very pleasant, helpful and extremely proficient.

Julie who assisted with our booking was extremley helpful and made every effort to cater for our needs

Yes the young lady who booked our flights was very good at her job and was all booked very quickly.

We were booking a cruise, we have no experience of cruises so happy that Amber and Amy were very helpful.
They knew how to guide us to make the best decision for us.

As always Nicole at the Southend Branch, is super helpful. She has got to know us over the last few years and knows what we like and will spend ages taking the time to find us the right holiday. We never go anywhere else! Nicole is a credit to you and the reason why we return to Hays.
