Although we now live in Yorkshire, we still call Amy at Southend Branch for all our holiday needs. She is excellent at her job, knows her products, always pleasant and helpful. The agent took the time to ensure that my booking was correct and addressed any questions that I had.
The experience was a bit trying as it took a long time for the computer to verify the booking and the agent had to ring support to get the problem resolved.
