My experience was 10 out 10 sherry was superb understanding helpful no problem at all thumbs up from me hays travel

We came in to look at aholiday not sure what we was wanting but came away with a lovely holiday after some good advice.

I find Hays Travel always friendly and helpful.

Anna was very friendly and helpful. We had a very difficult set of requirements but we sorted it all out and can't wait for our holiday!

Sam at Southend dealt with our booking promptly, efficiently and i a friendly manner, as do the other Hays staff we have met.

I went to Canada last July and booked my flight on line. On my return I spoke to a member of your staff about the experience, and after talking with her, I Decided that I would book with you in the future, and I did yesterday.

Once again Olivia booked another holiday for us very helpful and went through a few different options very happy again would never go through anyone else only the southend hays travel

I was really lucky. For the first time I didn’t have to wait. I had arrived just after the morning rush. I knew the particular holiday I wanted had sold out previously. But luckily for me a cabin had recently become available. Rushed in to book it but it had gone and another one off higher grade had now appeared. Immediately booked it. All very fast very efficient thank you

Amber was very attentive and listened to our requirements for a good beach holiday. She didn’t rush us and made sure we were happy with everything.
