We went into Hays travel in Southend today to book our family holiday to Egypt. We were greeted by Amy who was fantastic, made us feel welcome asked used questions like what we wanted and didn’t. Nothing was too much trouble, gave us plenty of options, didn’t rush us and took her time. She was so friendly, easy to talk too and really down to earth . Ran us through everything. Could not fault her customer service one bit and would give her 100 stars. The other ladies in the store also were lovely and talking to us. Will 100% be going back to book another holidays with them. She made our family holiday a breeze to book :).

Heart of Europe Cruise
My treatment by Anna was superb. She was knowledgable, highly skilled with research and a pleasure to do business with. Anna was able to explain the details of the holiday and booking procedure very clearly and concisely.
All in all I received an exemplary level of service, something that is becoming rare in today’s climate.
I would recommend Hays of Southend to anyone seeking a smooth and efficient service.
