Straightforward booking experience

Emily was extremely professional whilst being warm and approachable. She listened to what we wanted and didn't try and sell us something we didn't want. She was patient and gave us all the time we needed with no pressure to buy, which we really appreciate.

Excellent service from Southsea branch
My partner and I went into the Southsea branch recently as we were finding searching for a cruise/cabin a bit of a 'minefield'. Samantha took time and used her knowledge/expertise to help us select a cruise and cabin. Once we had confirmed we could get time off work for the dates we wanted, I went back in to the branch and saw Samantha again. We had done further research so changed the cabin from the quote she previously did for us. We made the right decision going into the branch and are now looking forward to our cruise in 7 weeks time. Nothing was too much trouble
We popped into Hays with rough travel plans but with four people, three cities, across two countries and a wedding to attend we weren't confident to book it all ourselves without something going wrong. Latasha at the Southsea branch worked hard to get us all organised with flights, perfectly located hotels at the best prices and really giving us the confidence to head off and have a great trip. No questions or changes along the way were a problem, so friendly and professional, quick and easy communication-largely by email which worked well for us and advice about the visas, esims and the Hays app were all so appreciated, thank you so much Tasha! We would definitely recommend Hays Travel
