We liked the fact that we did get our holiday booked as we had left it quite late to book but got the holiday we wanted. Emily was very good at her job, made us feel relaxed and explained everything we needed to know regarding our booking. She contacted us the morning of us going into the store so she could make sure we would not have to wait to see her. Only one complain regarding price of the holiday as I had already looked online and did ask if she could do anything to reduce it but we were given discount and free airport lounge(car parking but didn't need that). I checked again online when I got home and we could have saved £164 with the online price.

Firstly I walked in on the Thursday and told her my wishes for my trip to Australia. I left it with her an hour later she rang with the perfect journey.
After running it by my cousin in Australia i went in the next day to book a few tweeks for transfers and we where there.
Great Service.

We were given complete attention straight away, as soon as we stepped through the door. The agent was cheerful and friendly. We didn't know even the destination we wanted to go to! She was great with her help and suggestions. The weight of the booking process was taken off our hands and has been stress free for us. She's handling booking car hire for us too. So I would say the service we've received is amazing.

We went in to see Emily on two occasions the first to look at putting together a holiday to Euro Disney and the second visit we had, had a think and tweaked it slightly and then booked. Emily was really helpful, friendly and patient with us and engaged with all our questions and needs as a family offering advice and guidance.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - easy and fun experience from start to finish. So quick to get the holiday booked, as we knew where we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend Hays Travel in Spalding, without hesitation - great job by Emily.

Having mobility issues I was made welcome on my scooter ,holiday explained and availability checked for taking scooter on a cruise helpful from start to finish

Staff very helpful in ensuring we got the perfect holiday. Originally emailed them with what sort of holiday we wanted, for how many people, board etc. They sent a good few options for me to look at within a few hours. Went in the following day and booked. No pushy sales, just helpful staff.

Gave us lots of options to meet our expectations, so we were fully informed.

I had a great experience with all team at Spalding branch. Now when visiting they just smile and ask, where are you going now x very friendly people and prompt to sort out all requests. So far I have booked with team 4 different trips, now my daughter goes there as well.

My first time using Hays travel, will use again as Kayleigh was so attentive, patient and professional.

Looked at it online £1970 but got to shop and it had gone up obviously so we paid it as being with tui 28 years we know what we are getting for our money looking forward to 2 weeks in caribbean now April 5th staff are always willing to help at Hays Spalding ,always go there since tui closed its shop thank you Peter/jaq
