What a fantastic team
What a fantastic team!
We won a competition but were not expecting the lovely welcome of champagne and beautiful flowers when we went in to make our booking.
Arranging the holiday was made simple and seamless with Alicia ,who was amazing and really knowledgeable.
The whole team at Hays Spalding were so friendly.

Spalding Hays Travel customer care is second to none.
The reason why I have scored so high is because, I can see the staff are focused on providing a high level of customer care. They understand the customers needs and if they cannot be met, then they try to find a solution or an alternative.
I would like to bring to your attention, two members of staff. 1st member of staff called Emily-(apprentice) I was greeted by Emily on my 1st visit, Emily has a proactive, courteous and approachable style of customer care.
2nd member of staff called Emily-(manageress) Emily has an open, honest and approachable style of customer care, her approach to suit my individual needs ensured that I walked away happy and valued as a client.

Lovely lady who helped us but the whole system for cruise booking was antiquated, actually she sat on the phone for ages trying to get through to Cunard. We were in the shop for 2 hours ! Gave us a fair price for the cruise in the end though
