The more i use Hays the more comfortable i get with their travel consultants, i have not been disappointed as yet. Chelsea Frimley was a delight to chat too and was more than helpful worth our booking. I look forward to chatting with her as or Cruise gets nearer.

Lyn was friend friendly and you could sense the genuine want to help and get the best deal! She found us different quotes for different cruise room options and dates very quickly and explained all details of booking fully. I had spoken to other travel agents as well and the customers service made me definitely want to book through Haystravel.

When I booked I didn't know that the cabin was small and my friends husband is disabled. I rang up and I spoke to Carol. It took her three hours to find me the right cabin for us all. Excellent service in my opinion.

A very speedy initial response and although TUI were stating that there were no cabins available, Jack was able to find one and now I’m off on another cruise.
