I phoned Jan to enquire about a holiday to Tenerife. Jan was great and recommended several hotels and also gave prices.

We had Jan look for a holiday for us and we couldn’t have asked for an easier experience! I had spent hours and hours scrolling online myself and I wish I’d just went straight to Hays (lesson learnt for the future!) I sent Jan info on what we were looking for and she came back with different options to choose from and half board/ all inclusive prices etc the same day. I am also currently pregnant so there were additional things we asked for that wouldn’t usually bother us. I ended up changing the dates we originally told her and it was no problem- she sent us more ideas and gave us so much info on different locations. Holiday booked and paid for all in one weekend and we cannot wait! So straight forward. Thank you so much Jan!!
