Spot on for great service with a smile
Very friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist with my booking. I can't remember the last time I visited a travel agent, but based on this visit, I will certainly go back, especially for the extra piece of mind given on this occasion.

Friendly invaluable expert advice
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
James the manager dealt with us and was brilliant. It will be our first cruise and his wealth of knowledge and advice was invaluable and helped us get the right cruise and cabin for us and gave us an idea of what to expect. We would definitely recommend and book here again.

Called in to pick up documents for an up coming trip and decided to discuss and book another trip the advisor Kate was very patient and although she had not booked a trip before like the one I was booking she was professional and made sure it was all correct and she asked a senior advisor if she was in doubt very happy with my experience
