I thought Lewis from Stockton Heath was a very helpful member of staff.

The staff are so helpful and pleasant. We always book through the Stockton Heath branch as they are a lovely team and a pleasure to talk to.

Fantastic service by Laura who was approachable, without being pushy. She gave me options and time to choose the city break that I believe would be best for me.

Great experience and service. Lesley was extremely helpful, listening to our needs for our first family holiday and came up with the right suggestions for us. Couldn’t recommend any more. Thank you

Very easy process to book a holiday! Stress free and the best deal was found. I didn’t realise Hays price matched any cheaper deals found. Thank you very much to the lady who helped me! You were fab! It was my first time in a travel agent and I was made feel at ease.

We had already discussed with Diane (Stocktonheath branch) what we wanted prior to going in ,Diane was waiting for us and had the information needed on different flights….so we booked them.We also downloaded the Hays app and then Diane told us to call in closer to our departure to arrange either a money card or cash…..All in all a superbly smooth process.

Laura was great. She found us a flight with great flight times on a slightly different day than the one we had first thought of. Even came with a better hotel room. Many thanks

We have booked a bespoke holiday to the USA visiting Las Vegas, Nashville and Atlanta. Gill was very efficient in putting together the itinerary and amending it to meet our requests.
The staff at Hays Travel are very welcoming and helpful. It is also very useful to have a bureau de change in Hays’ premises.
