Staff at the Stourbridge branch are fantastic. Booked a family holiday to Portugal and everything was perfect. So much so i booked another holiday through Hays Travel a week later.

We went into Stourbridge branch to get ideas of where to go in October and sat down with Beth. We always go back there as all of the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have booked lots of holidays mostly with Beth always manages to find just the right holiday for us even when like yesterday we don't even know where we want to go. This time she found us a lovely hotel in Sardinia (she knows we like to try places we've not been to before)so went ahead and booked 14 nights in October. Very happy with the service we always receive.

Rob was great. He established what I was looking for - which was not straightforward, and was most helpful and thorough in finding exactly the right thing. It also turned out to be discounted!!
It all took place over 2 days - Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June,
