Melissa was very helpful and offered to book car parking and a hotel for the night before our early morning flight. Gave us information on sights and hotel. Couldn't of done more.

Sarah went the extra mile for us
I cannot comment on the company, only on Sarah who assisted us in a complex process of booking travel to South Africa to obtain basic dental treatment unavailable in the United Kingdom.
In a protracted process over a number of weeks she was always helpful, friendly and polite and knowledgeable.

Thank you to Melissa for all her help, built me the perfect holiday to disneyland at an amazing price compared to other online sites and companies that I had searched through. Made everything so simple and easy for me and let me know all the tips and tricks from her personal experience on the same holiday which is really appreciated. Great service and prices at this branch! Never booked through a travel agent before always do everything myself but its definitely made me want to book with them again with my next trip/holiday.
