I was in America and due to extreme bad weather in the Midwest my flights were cancelled. I urgently needed to get a rental car to get to my destination and Amelia got straight on it and got me sorted out quickly so I could get on with my journey!!! Thanks so much for everything, the Keel Square branch are superb.

We had an idea we wanted a holiday when we approached hays and after speaking to all the girls in the shop were so helpful we booked excellent arrive hope our holiday is as good as they were thank you to all the staff especially Niomi for your pleasant and professionalism.

Visited Hays to receive advice on choosing a hotel in Malta. Did have a few options from looking on-line before our visit. Staff member took some details about what we were wanting and found us a lovely hotel in a different area from where we had looked.
Everything was booked for us and we left very happy with our holiday.

From the minute we stepped into Hay's travel we were met by the very experienced staff who were only too happy to help us find the right holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we are a couple in our 70's who had a lot of questions and they answered everyone making us feel really comfortable even offering us cups of tea.😊😊😊
