Yet another great experience with booking a holiday with Hays Travel. We.knew where wanted to go and what dates we wanted to travel. Evie booked our holiday and explained everything to us and went through all the itinerary so we fully understood before committing to holiday. We always book with Hays travel as they are always welcoming and pleasant. We never feel rushed. A nice touch was a hot mug of coffee for both myself and husband which warmed us up lovely. Definitely a 5 star service.

Very friendly, great service and called back when she said. Evie from Keel Square was very bubbly and gave excellent service. Nothing was a trouble. Great discount too and smooth booking process.

Amelia was absolutely fantastic when helping me plan my USA multi centre trip. We changed dates, destinations and hotels several times while trying to find the best possible deal, so I definitely wasn’t the easiest customer but nothing was ever too much trouble. Booked long haul flights with Evie at Hays Travel, Keel Square, Sunderland. She was very helpful, professional and understanding of our needs. A very good service from our local travel agent which may only have been smoother by us being able to meet personally with the person arranging the flights.

Libby was friendly and great in organising car parking and lounge for the airport. The whole branch was welcoming and will definitely use again in the future.

Visited Hays Keel Square Branch to see NADIA about the Newmarket Holidays Maple Leaf Tour as i have bothered NADIA about this holiday for months, luckily it was now on sale not just 2027 but 2028 also,I chose to go for 2028 and after 15mins NADIA had got me a good deal to Canada on this tour, visiting Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec and a trip on the M.V. Hornblower boat around the base of Niagara Falls, only one meal included in the tour which is (I think) taken in the Sheraton Hotel overlooking the falls, this tour is fully escorted throughout with a tour guide and is a holiday to look forward to, all thanks to NADIA, many thanks NADIA, you will be ‘bothered) about this holiday no more, but you will be for plenty of others? many thanks again NADIA.
