I would highly recommend this travel agent. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole booking process. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made everything easy and stress-free. Her knowledge and attention to detail were excellent, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

Joanne was infinitely patient sorting out our inclusive add on for our present cruise. She also spent a lot of time trying to find a cruise for 2027 that had an accessible cabin for me and my medical needs. We now have a cruise for 2027 after a the many phone calls she made on our behalf. Joanne was so lovely and we are so happy yet again with Hays amazing service

Very friendly staff . Straight forward information. The staff were very polite and smart in appearance.

Visited Vicky in Hays The Bridges branch the other day to check if Corsica was on sale for 2027 yet, luckily it was and after 10mins Vicky had found me the Adonis Le Bastia hotel in the resort of Bastia, the hotel set on a hillside overlooking the resort and marina and just a short 20min walk to the centre, the hotel is on a room only basis in a single superior room with a sea view plus air con etc, this is the 3rd great destination Vicky has found me after booking me on the QE2 in Port Rashid in Dubai for 2027, also booking me 5nights in Singapore then staying with my cousin for 28nights in Brisbane then 5nights in Abu Dhabi on the way back home for 2027 also, so once again many many thanks Vicky from this grateful and happy customer.

We were dealt with wonderfully by Loraine, who went out of her way to answer all of our queries, and arrange flights, accommodation and extras.
