Another great experience with Hays Travel. I was booking to go to Spain with my 89 year old mother. Ava, our travel adviser arranged everything from assisted travel to accessible transfers from the airport to hotel. She was very efficient and attentive to mam which made her feel good absolutely the whole booking experience. Thank you
