Staff are approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to help. We had found a cheaper price for our holidays and Hays honoured the prices we had. We are always kept fully informed in relation to the run up to our holidays.

Eden, who helped book my holiday was absolutely lovely, she went through everything step by step and went above and beyond, it's the first time I've booked a holiday in a long time so I had lots of questions she was so patient and understanding and didn't make me feel silly for some of the more mundane questions I asked, over all went above and beyond also offered her email for if I had any problems or anymore questions which I thought was really nice and helpful of her
