Been booking our holidays in Sunderland Bridges through Joanne for years she is such a lovely lady and we enjoy catching up with her each time we go in, she is fabulous! Highly recommend her :)

Due to the conflict in the Middle East my guided tour to Vietnam for my 50th birthday was affected as I was due fly into Dubai. Hays travel worked tirelessly with the tour operator to find some solutions. This holiday is now transferred to 2027. The team kept me updated throughout the week.
I was then able to book a last minute holiday to Portugal with Hays doing all the booking so I can still celebrate my birthday.

Lorraine was totally professional from start to finish. She was able to answer all my questions and advise me on areas I was not sure on. She explained everything I needed to know relating to the holiday I booked and even followed up with a curtisy call.

Yesterday we booked our DREAM
CRUISE with Joanne.L what an asset shes is to Hays Travel! Joanne spent almost 8 days researching our cruise, to find the perfect flights, 5 star hotel in Hong Kong for a 2 night stay.
Then on to our cruise with some of the most amazing locations on route.
Joanne went above and beyond to source out a trip to Cambodia after the cruise so we could visit Angkor Wat with a personal guide and a lovely 5 star hotel.
It's lovely when people go the extra mile and get you the perfect holiday!
