Mandy the Store Manager at Sutton, Surrey branch was super helpful again. Her knowledge of the destination was second to none.

The person we spoke to was very helpful. We had a few questions and he went back and forth with the coach company to give us the information required. We have booked our last 3 holidays with Hays, very happy with their service and it is nice to be able to go into the travel agents to speak to someone in person.

The manager was attentive, reviewed various possible options and helped us make a choice.

Me and wife visited Hays travel, branch in sutton,
We were attended by Mandy,frendly good customer service and a wealth of practical knownolgy. the service and all the booking arrangements,by mandy was excellent many thanks

We explained what we were looking for and the young lad, who we think was still learning, looked and found us a suitable cruise. He was very patient with us while we were deciding. What impressed me was when he wasnt sure of somethhng, he asked for help from other staff and they came over and explained to him what to do. Excellent team work.
