The branch staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they learn and remember what you like and dont like, which is really helpful as my wife has limited mobility and lifts/ rather than stairs and walk in showers rather than bath tubs with showers in them cause us problems..Kevin, the branch manager, is brilliant.

Easy holiday booking without the internet faff !
Leo in your Swanage branch was knowlegable, friendly and very helpful. We are in our 70's and not flown for a long time, but he sorted the holiday , tickets and boarding passes for us and made it all so easy . We were a bit apprehensive about booking online so using Hayes travel was definitely a really good choice.

We had two ideas where we wanted to spend our holiday and to be able to fly from Bournemouth airport.
Within less than an hour the travel agent had “signed sealed and delivered” the holiday we wanted in the required time frame.
