Always a good experience
Always love going to Hays Travel in Swanage. Great staff especially the wonderful Kevin who always sorts everything out for us. Nothing is too much trouble and we always come away sorted and happy. I don’t know how people manage if they don’t have a local Hays Travel

First class service
We are very fortunate to have a great high street travel agency in the town. Dealing face to face with friendly and knowledgeable people is so much nicer and more reassuring than calling a faceless call centre or using an impersonal online booking system.
