The team at Hays were more than helpful, from the first call with Emily to completing the booking with Jas and Ben. I felt so well looked after, special and also so well informed about the trip. Honestly, a brilliant experience and it feels part of the holiday that we started it with them. There wasn’t a single question they couldn’t answer between them. I’ve recommended to friends and family already! Also, we got the best price for Disney even better than the official website and other travel agents which is a bonus.
