The young girl Emily was brilliant. We booked a cruise and a 5 day break for my husband. Nothing was too much as we had a few questions on each Holiday.

We were approached by Emma when we entered the agency in a friendly and helpful approach! She helped us by truthfully telling us the facts good and bad about other cruise operators and when we asked about a cruise we were interested in she invited us to sit down and was very helpful in answering our questions and we were very happy to book our cruise with her expert knowledge. She has offered after sales care and we would definately recommend Hays travel to family and friends!

Had a quote for a cruise but when I came to book it the accessible cabin had become unavailable. Jaz and Lisa were lovely,friendly and professional in trying to accommodate me. At the time nothing was available but two days later I had a call from Lisa to say she had managed to find a cabin for us.

The experience was great Lisa in the Swindon Wiltshire shop was brilliant. She listened to everything we wanted from our trip and then proceeded to help us with all our requirements explaining and showing us everything every step of the way.
