Excellent service. I knew exactly which resort, hotel and when I wanted to travel. I was quite specific about who I would and wouldn’t fly with, and my preferred flight times. Sienna was very professional, friendly and arranged a holiday and travel extras, to my exact requirements. I really appreciate the after service support Hays offers, eg assistance with API, help with online check in, printing boarding passes, and the competitive exchange rates.

The staff are very friendly.
The staff are very friendly and super helpful. They keep us up to date with flight prices and euro deals throughout the year.
We booked flights and the assistant gave us the comparble costs per airline so we could access the best option.
