I knew exactly what I was looking for but Paige still had to find out the information for me to be able to book the holiday. Nothing is too much trouble - thank you so much for making my life easier.

Felt a little bit miss sold on our recent holiday. Wasn't told about all the things not included in the all inclusive (ice creams only available 2-4, pudding van was extra, only certain drinks included) also wasnt told most of the entertainment is on the Ireland not the actual hotel and even tho it wasnt far with a 5 year old it would have been so we didn't use (if we was told i would have taken a stroller) for a very expensive holiday (almost 4000 for 5 of us for 1 week) I dont feel we was sold value for money unfortunately. And as it was our first holiday makes the disappointment a little worse.

Walked into shop and had a lovely greeting from Lewis and colleague. Told him are likes and dislikes in a holiday rough dates and duration we would like.
Within a hour found a holiday that ticked the boxes and they even do all the checking in and booking seats etc, amazing nothing for me to do or worry about.

Lewis was extremely helpful and we did not feel rushed at all. He gave us all of his attention and took his time finding us the right holiday and securing us the best possible deal. Our experience with Hayes Travel and Lewis was excellent and we would definitely visit each time that we are intending to book any future holidays.

A very pleasant change to be able to book a holiday at a travel agents sat across the desk from somebody who could offer advice and answer our questions. A very smooth and stressfree experience. Price matched the online sites but it was so much better to book it face to face with somebody and knowing that we have a contact should we need any further assistance about our holiday.

Start to finish we felt informed.
Had a fabulous holiday and then came straight back into Hayes to book our next holiday.

Excellent service booked holiday with no problems the staff were great helpful with finding the cruise and booking the parking have used this travel agent before and will definitely be using again
