We came in looking for dates of an advertised holiday on Instagram. We were greeted very well and our advisor was exceptionally pleasant and courteous. Another experienced member of staff also shared her experiences of the holiday we wished to book and ultimately between these two very helpful women we found a holiday that totally matched our expectations within our budget. We booked with a deposit and Evie our advisor has pulled together all the details and efficiently emailed them out to us, the same day, as well as very quickly responding to our follow up email. Excellent service!

The staff at Teesside park are always wonderful. So friendly and knowledgeable. We always go to Courtney as she is as I’ve just described. However this time she was unavailable and I was buying a holiday to go within 48 hours so we saw a different lady. She was equally fabulous, knowledgable and friendly, it’s always a pleasure to call into that store.

Last minute booking, but we have very specific likes & dislikes.
It took a couple of hours but we’ve just booked a holiday that we’re very excited about and were made to feel welcome throughout. Michelle was really friendly, listened to us and understood what we needed.

We called into Hays travel at Teesside Park to enquire about a cruise departing in February 2027 and was very well looked after by Olivia who was very polite and when she needed help went to get another lady who was also very helpful we very happily booked as the cruise sails out on our 50th wedding anniversary we wanted it to be a special celebration, the whole experience was very professional.
