Thailand 2027 - Irene and Lyn
Myself and my friend were looking for a holiday to Thailand in 2027 to take in experiences. We were looked after by Calvin Edwards at Telford, he wrote down our requests and asked us to leave it with him and he would get back to us.
He then emailed us with a few itineraries to look at, knowing what our budget was and offering the experience we wanted, travelling to three destinations I can’t thank him enough for his helpfulness and consideration. We now have an amazing holiday to look forward to.

What can a say, came to the shop to book a holiday, I new what and were I wanted to go and the date, so this made the holiday booking a lot easier, but the staff were more than happy to spend the time to try and get me better flights and a bit better deal on my holiday, nothing was to much trouble for them,

absolutely fantastic service, this is our 3rd time booking with Hayes Travel everyone is always so friendly and helpful, in around half an hour we booked our holiday, sorted insurance and car parking, definitely recommend the team at Telford they are an asset to the company.

I am continually treated professionally by both Calvin and Elyse. They alone inspire me to go through my bucket list and consider areas to visit based on my journeys so far. If you move these two members of staff to another office let me know, so that I can follow them and continue to have their specialist skills. The other members of staff in the office are just as professional. But they do not shine as much as Calvin & Elyse.
