After being let down big time by another company I contacted the local agent in a panic to see what holidays that were available for the same month this year. The Agent Louise went above and beyond to help us out with quotes at varying resorts. She was on hand to answer all questions, of which there was many, Louise was extremely helpful and patient and managed to find us the exact same resort we had before, with even better rooms. So I was over the moon and delighted with the outcome and was happy to book with Louise at hays. I would definitely recommend hays travel to anyone and will certainly be using them again for future breaks.

Booking Holiday with Hays Travel
Valerie was very helpful. She was pleasant and understanding. Book us the perfect holiday at a reasonable price.
Only downside was the one of the operators was very loud and shouting. This made it hard to concentrate and hear what Valerie was saying as we are both hard off hearing and use hearing aids. I believe it was the assistant manager
