Very pleased with the experience of booking our first holiday with Hays Travel, The Forge, Parkhead, Glasgow.

Our Travel consultant, Elaine couldn't have been more friendly and helpful in getting us exactly what we were looking for.

Customer service agent and Danielle the manavdr in branch. Gives us grezt ad ice ,great deals and does all.our bookng for us .

We bypass dozens of travel agents to get to this branch, time and time again, none better

Visited your travel agency yesterday (09.06.2026). Booked a City Break with the help of Valerie. Good service and efficient handling.Will certainly use the agency again.

Super easy and very efficient booked through messages as saw offer on face book and it couldn’t have been any smoother . Very fast response to messages and booking process simple

It was supposed to be a special trip for all the family for two big birthdays. They knew that. Went in sorted it out everyone paid then all of a sudden I get a call there is an extra 400 to be paid, two days and four phone calls later it was fixed. Then none of the family were seated together, then right before Christmas we were told the part of the hotel would be under construction, was on phone to main office and passed back through to the forge shop and was told ‘not much we can do about it’ they also “couldn’t find any correspondence over the £400 dispute” and offered us a couple hotels that were either worse in value or no good due to three members of family being disabled. THEN if that wasn’t enough we get back and I send an email to shop stating I’m not happy but didn’t see any resolve but wanted them to know my feelings especially when we found out we were supposed to have been offered Siam park tickets at a discount rate as advertised on their website which we never even got mentioned to us, I got a reply back stating they had sorted out the £400 issue (no that was me and my persistence) they couldn’t really offer me any apologies for any of it and that was that. So I had been lied to about no correspondence about the £400 (I have the email telling me there was notes on my booking about it) and there hasn’t even been an apology for any of it apart from “we are sorry you feel this way” there are two other travel agents in the forge guys I urge you to go to any of them,

The patience of your travel consultant vall I think Glasgow forget is class

Elaine booked our holiday and the service was fantastic . We’ve used this branch on other occasions and always been great

My experience in the shop at the Glasgow forge was excellent lwas very polite and looked at every option to get me a great holiday at great price val is a credit to your work team very professional and showed me plenty pictures of my holiday

Tina and her staff are so welcoming and never fail to source a wonderful destination and accomodation. We never need to go anywhere other than Hays for our holidays.

Louise was super helpful and polite. She answered every question I asked. Louise put me at ease with the discussion about where and when to go .I had a wonderful experience with the help of Louise.

When i called the store I spoke to Valerie, she answered all my enquiries and gave me all the information I needed, I felt confident then booking my 2027 holiday with Valerie.

From when I entered the forge hays travel the staff were very friendly and helpful in booking my holiday, every little detail was explained to me no hidden fees hays travel thanks again for my experience

We always book hates travel in Glasgow forge all your staff are a credit to your company all ways go out there way for everyone so credit were credits for 🧡😄🧡😄🧡😄🧡😄

Have been going to hay's travel for nearly 6 years now always get a warm welcome and good deals all the staff are great to deal with go out there way to make sure you get the best holiday very organised everything done on time

My experience was realy excellent at your office, as it was my first time arranging a holiday for myself. The staff were excellent and explained everything easily, they were very professional and got me where I was looking to travel too, easy to talk to and very understanding of my worries. I wanted to go to Menorca and a specific Hotel. thankyou for getting it all sorted for me.

We walked in with a small budget and Danielle managed to find us an amazing holiday. She uses her knowledge and experience to find you the perfect holiday. We have used Danielle for over 10 holidays I would guess and not one has been bad. I have dealt with other staff members and I van honestly say every one is a credit to hays.

Although we knew exactly where and when we wanted to go on holiday Rebecca was very pleasant and professional and sorted everything out for us which included a personal transfer for comfort as one of our party will be taking an electric wheelchair which also had to be cleared for size etc. She also double checked details before completing booking to make sure everything was correct.
