Liam was extremely helpful in finding out about which hotels in Prague offer gluten free menus for half board.

Booked a holiday and as the card wasn’t in my name constantly calling wanting pics of card front n back no explanation literal up until 2 days before departure

Staff and service was excellent

Ricky was brilliant with his help and advice, he listened to what we wanted and found us the holiday that we wanted

Joan was super helpful and organised our break perfectly

Liam at the Gyle branch was very helpful in helping us match all our requirements for a break mid September. When eventually we had to change the week because of family commitments, he started again from scratch and patiently helped us nail a perfect alternative !

Our Adviser took full ownership of our booking and, when EasyJet rejected it due to no availability, she queried it over the phone before booking an alternative date at a discount.

Really Good service, Joan's a superstar and a credit to the company.

We waited over an hour for assistant to be able to contact cruise company on the phone. Yes I did say an hour. Not the assistants fault at all but still a nightmare.
