Very friendly and efficient staff member Joan was very pleasant

Skye and Adrian were both really helpful. We booked a spring break, and they are looking for holidays that fit our description for a week in the autumn. I didn't realise that the shop had closed , and they were certainly going above and beyond for us.

Once again Pamela Kerr exceeded my expectations when booking with Hays Travel. It is always a delight to deal with her and I look forward to booking further cruises in the future with her.

Initially, we were unsure about booking Disney Paris for a short break in Feb next year for my special birthday.
After discussing options with Rebecca in the Gyle store she looked at different options for us and told us to consider what would suit us best. We took a few days to consider options then asked Rebecca to price a different Disney Option which we went on to book. Rebecca gave us lots of advice and was very helpful but above all very professional and a great advert for Hays Travel Company.

This was only the second that I used Hays Travel. And like the first I was welcomed by politeness and professionalism. Staff were very helpful and went through manyholiday options to find the holiday I desired.
Prices were very favourable

We have been using Hays for only the past 2 years but have been delighted with the service provided for holiday bookings and flights. The attention to detail and comprehensive service offered is totally reassuring when putting together all that is required (connecting flights, seat reservations, airport/hotel transfers, selection of hotels, passport and visa requirements….) which can otherwise be quite daunting.
We are especially grateful to Pamela, manager at Livingston and currently at The Gyle, who looks after our every need and is endlessly patient with us!

Yet again Emma was so professional, helpful, nothing was a problem, Emma is a credit to herself and Hays Travel.

Using Hays Travel for the very first time & I have to say it’s been a great pleasure speaking & dealing with their staff, especially Jessica Edwards, she’s super helpful, full of ideas & suggestions that always help making your holiday decision better. Iv dealt with Jessica twice within a short period of time & she’s went up & beyond helping me book 2 amazing holidays for 2026! We had discussed our holiday options with Pamela and came back a couple of days later to make the booking , Andrianos was superb and really easy to deal with.

We were welcomed warmly by Jess and despite not knowing where we wanted to go but did know what we wanted in a holiday Jess just knew instantly and was able to recommended something that would suit us.

We were recommended to speak to Joan about booking our holiday. Joan was amazing and really knows her stuff. Joan was knowledgeable, kind, patient and answered all questions we had. I would highly recommend Joan for booking any holiday and we will book with Joan again. In the futurecI would always wait to see Joan no matter how long the queue was.

The salesperson was very helpful and friendly

Adrian was very helpful through difficulty finding British Airways flights Heathrow to Vancouver. He persisted when I think I would have given up. I said at the time he should get an extra bonus. We'll done and thank you !!
