Lesley was amazing
Lesley was amazing, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I usually book independently online and haven't gone to a travel agent for many years but Hays are a friendly travel agent that make you feel like family. Every member of staff at the Tonypandy branch said hello when I entered and bye when I left which made me feel welcome and compared to previous travel agency's I've visited. The service is a memorable one and planning my holiday was easy and effortless. Lesley assisted with everything for us and I'll definitely book with Hays again.

Hi Hays Travel, it was another successful trip organised by Nadine and Staff at Hays Travel TONYPANDY RCT.
All went according to plan without a hitch . We met a family from our area whilst in India who asked us who did we book our Itinerary with , we told them Nadine and Staff at Heys Travel Tonypandy , nothing is too much trouble for them, and they said they would look into them , we can not recommend this team enough.
Just booked again for next year 2026 with them.
