Exploring options for winter sunshine
We wanted to go on another cruise.
We had no specific dates or destinations in mind.
Staff listened to us and found an amazing cruise for us.
We were able to book our cabin and transport to Southampton at this visit.
The whole process was a pleasurable experience and we left the shop feeling very reasurred and excited.
Which is a fabulous feeling when we are a couple of pensioners.

The lady, was really helpful as im dyslexic. she read everything out to me. Showed my hotel and what's around in the area im going and printed everything out for me. Even though it was 45mins to the shop for me, I definitely go back and use them again 😃

all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and although it's busy they will take as much time as you need to get the holiday you want .if one of thr staff have been to place your going they always give good tips and advice of things to do and not to do ,always come away happy .

Lesley was amazing
Lesley was amazing, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I usually book independently online and haven't gone to a travel agent for many years but Hays are a friendly travel agent that make you feel like family. Every member of staff at the Tonypandy branch said hello when I entered and bye when I left which made me feel welcome and compared to previous travel agency's I've visited. The service is a memorable one and planning my holiday was easy and effortless. Lesley assisted with everything for us and I'll definitely book with Hays again.
