What can I say. The staff in Hays travel Tonypandy are amazing. I have dealt with each of them over the years and nothing is too much trouble. They will go above and beyond to make sure your booking experience is as simple and efficient as possible. Any additional needs that are required they make you aware of what is available. They are knowledgeable, professional and most of all friendly and polite. They are like family. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been looking to book flights for a few weeks and been in & out a few times .
Leanne has done her best to get the flights and the price that suits me and my daughter
The booking was saved on my surname and nad done the rest , small hiccup that nad explained regarding a flight only cost that went up £ 30 pounds after a phone call was made , didn’t effect my experience tho and will definitely use again
Also Leanne found a brilliant car park and over night stay for a cost that I took asap
