I booked a holiday for my son and me yesterday at the Totton branch, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The lady who looked after us was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to find the right holiday without making us feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole booking experience enjoyable from start to finish.

All of the staff in the shop were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It's clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service, and they are a real credit to Hayes Travel.

Thank you all for making our holiday booking such a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Totton branch to anyone looking for first-class service.

Ammie always manages to find the perfect holiday and arranges everything from the accommodation, car parking and insurances for us.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Aime took time to really understand what I wanted from a holiday and helped me decide on a destination and a package that really suited what I was looking for

When popping in on Thursday, to enquire about holidays, Ruby was very helpful and professional and sent me over various options of venues & hotles.
We when called in on the Saturday, once again, Ruby very helpful and we finally decided there and then were we where going to Corfu. Cheers Ruby.

Having booked through hays travel before we knew it would be hassle free. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and very efficient. Ruby was our contact and was great to deal with.

I recently Book a Holiday to Malaga ( TORRMELINOS)… I would like to say, the service I received from RUBY IN TOTTON BRANCH, was Excellent. I wish her , MUCH SUCCESS WITHIN YOUR COMPANY. Ruby was very patient and helpful. I had done a fair bit of research myself however the cancellation policy and flight details weren't fully explained but I appreciate she may not have had any info on those as a long time in advance. We will use again though.

This this is Mr Jeffries I use the Hayes travel in totton which is in Hampshire near Southampton the staff I've always been very friendly in they are always very friendly and we have a little bit of fun sometimes as sometimes we I also like to book through them they're always advise on places to go and have plenty of books to look at as I am partially blind and there's always very helpful to have that little bit of advice I have been booking with them for years I've always said that they should get a computer just for me because it is always full up and I'd like to wish them all the very best at times and it's it can be must be a very difficult job trying to sort people out they do it very well there

We have used them for both holidays and insurance and will sutely be using them again soon.

My brother visited your shop in Southampton to book a flight for me as I'm an idiot when it comes to things like this.
He said the staff where very helpful and polite.and even went as far as to say i could have booked flight with them as they where that helpful.
