Excellent service great discount and Aimee comms were top level

We always book through Hays travel as the service is excellent, always listen to what we want and go out of their way to find the best holiday for us.

From the smile from ruby as we walked through the door and she asked how she could help..to the ease she made it for us to find what we wanted...10/10..
And from her colleagues as well who both went above and beyond to help out...we'll definitely be back..

The staff were very helpful and informative. We never felt rushed into making a decision. It has been a long time since we have had a holiday abroad and they couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us.

We went to the Totton branch we were booking to go to Orlando they found us an excellent package at a really goood price . They have extra information about visas and the Hayes app .

Knowledgeable staff. Polite and listened carefully to our requirements. We had already done our homework on the holiday we wanted which saved a lot of time. It was a shame the clients ahead of us did not seem to have agreed with each other where and what they required of their holiday as we had a 20 min wait to talk to an agent.

Called in to get a Hays gift voucher. Staff member very polite but to spend just £25 on one, it took nearly a quarter of an hour. Nearly said, "Forget it, I'll buy simple M&S one in Asda. Hope the recipient doesn't have a similar challenge.

Having previously booked through Hays, we had no hesitation in returning to them to book our next trip to Disneyland Paris. A nice friendly welcome, and LInda quickly understood our needs, promptly arranging the hotel booking and the flights. We mentioned that we would need assistance at both Gatwick and Charles De Gaulle airports, and she promised to contact Easyjet after we had left.
