Excellent support and advice from Teena. Can’t wait for our cruise !

We initially had a fairly vague idea of how we wanted our holiday to be and changed our mind several times during the booking process. Lynsey in the Troon office was both very helpful and patient and priced up several versions of holiday itinerary for us. We are very pleased with the accommodation choices given to us.

Ashley and Rachel were very helpful, within minutes our city break was booked, and we had all our confirmation. Shall use again.

We went into the office to book a holiday with Lynsey on Thursday and she was on a day off. One of the other girls took our name and told us next day for Lynsey. We were greeted with a lovely smile and proceeded to book our trip. Lynsey has handled our holidays for a few years now and she is very helpful and informative. We have no complaints whatsoever with Hays.

Very pleased with Hays travel team in Troon. Always helpful and professional. I go back to them every year for my annual ski trip.

nothing was a problem , Lindsey as always was a star, we were wanting to fly from Glasgow to Malta for a cruise and she found the ideal holiday for us, we have used the branch in Troon quite a few times and have no hesitation in using again.

Nipped into the Hays Travel shop for some currency and made a general enquiry for a late booking for a specific type of cruise and short notice departure.
Lyndsey took on board our requirements and searched several company sites . She didnt try to sell anything that we didnt ask for and came up with several options that met our requirements, one of which we booked and at a good discounted rate. Nothing was too diffcult. Wouldnt hesitate to book our next travel arrnagements via Hays Travel-Troon.

Teena understood are requirements and worked hard to achieve our request.

My fourth holiday booked with Hays and I don't think I would go anywhere else. The staff are always helpful and courteous and even though I must be a bit awkward at time :) they always manage to be so helpful.
