I have booked a few trips through Hays in Troon and Teena and her colleagues are amazing , so helpful and friendly . Teena has once again exceeded my expectations with the perfect hotels for me and my girlfriend for our dream trip . Thank you

Absolutely fantastic service we got when we booked our holiday with Hays. We ended up getting more than we wished for booking our once in a lifetime holiday to Hawaii adding in 2 other bucket list destinations :) Teena spent lots of time getting us the best deals and even made us an itinerary for our trip. Nothing was a hassle going back & forth until we eventually made a decision on what we wanted and there was absolutely no pressure to book there and then. Teena has went above and beyond keeping in contact making sure we have all the relevant documents etc whereas other travel agents leave you to it once the holiday is booked. We will for sure be booking any future holidays with Hays in Troon and have 100% recommended friends and family to book with them :)

Hayes rep was very patient and helpful as we kept adapting what we were looking for. She took on board our requirements and also looked for the best deal for us. Friendly and gave us good advice.

Once again Lynsey Bolton Mgr at Hayes Troon helped us find a suitable hotel in which to have a city break next spring. When dealing on the phone with staff in other companies on our behalf, she has a smooth but firm way of handling them. That is clearly to our advantage and so is much appreciated. So we will continue to use Hays in preference to the other travel agents in Troon.

Rachel was very good and accommodating our needs she was in contact constantly to make sure everything was working out for us and she was very helpful indeed.

The assistant who helped us was in training but she had a good grasp of what she was doing. She was friendly and professional was nice to deal with. She had a couple of instances where she was unsure but she had no problem asking her colleague for help which was given in a really helpful and polite way. I like to see a good team working well together. I would use Hays Travel again no problems.

From start to finish my experience was brilliant. I asked if they could find me a holiday for my price range and they went above and beyond to get me it. They came back with multiple different countries all in my price range and everything was done so easily, set up a direct debit over the phone which took minutes and within 10 mins of being off the phone I had confirmation email with all my booking details. Overall best experience iv had with a travel agents and definitely will be using them again for 2027. Thank you Lynsey at the Troon branch of hays travel

Excellent service from Teena at hays travel in Troon! Sent a message through fb and all information was sent via messenger until booking when she called me. she was very informative about the holidays and destinations I was looking at gave me lots of advice. Got our 10th anniversary holiday to Mexico booked through her then went onto book another holiday through her simple easy and quick no hassles at all thanks!

Lynsey at the Troon Branch is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and she has the patience of a saint. In fact all the staff at Troon are lovely.
