Hays Travel - Vicki Wood Reviews 

I initially asked Vicki for a holiday in the Maldives. After a few back and forth questions and recommendations we ended up with the most personal of holidays. A week in Sri Lanka doing all sorts - tea experience, waterfalls, train ride and elephant safari and then a week in the Maldives. I would not have thought about some of this without Vicki who has arranged everything including transfers for us. It was so easy (for me at least). Then booking was simple. Honestly the best way to book a holiday with such a personal touch.

Booking process was very straight forward. Excellent communication from Vicki. She provided ideas based on my criteria and couldn’t do enough to help. The actual booking was seamless. Thank you for your help.
