We spoke to a lady called Bev and she was so helpful and very knowledgeable about what we wanted

Time to book our holiday for 2027, so straight to Hays Birchwood to see Joe.
Decided we'd like to revisit Eygpt, last there 20 years ago.
Joe has booked all our holidays for years now, knows all our likes and is very knowledgeable about so many resorts.
Showed us options, choice made, perfect. Sharm el Sheikh here we come.
Joe even gave us advice on currency and tipping .

I emailed the Birchwood office to ask when Joe was there I received a email back off a staff named Bev to say Joe would be in the next day we went the next day to see Joe he knows what we want and need to make our holiday as always he greeted with a smile Holiday all booked Thanks Joe

Bev (Assistant Manager) was superb. Once again, she demonstrated a professional courteous approach to our request. Her product knowledge was extensive and we were sorted out with our first river cruise together within minutes.
