The manager that helped us was friendly and welcoming. She shared places that she had personally been too which gave us a good insight to what to expect from the holiday. We didn’t feel rushed at all and the whole experience was great.

Excellent service and so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team. Highly recommend if you want to book a holiday do it through Hays Wellingborough. Diane and Morag have been incredible but the whole team are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble, I’ve booked holidays off the board and tailor made and both have been hassle free and no trouble. I was made really welcome and feel a valued customer.
