We received a letter from Dame Irene Hays inviting us to join her on the Oceania Nautica.
I contacted Amanda from the Wellswood office for further details and the next day I booked the trip for two of us.

Cruise dilemma solved
Went into Hays travel Wellswood Torquay with wanting to change a cruise. I was armed with lots of questions and potential scenarios as was now wanting to book a cruise with our daughter’s family too. Amanda just took on board what I was requesting and patiently went through all the options available to me with regards to cabins, saver and select rates to find me a package I felt happy with. Have used this store for a few years and despite moving towns will come back here again. Thank you Amanda x
