The staff were extremely helpful. All of our questions were answered, which helped us to make our decision. They even stayed past closing time to help us finish our booking. I couldn't recommend this branch enough, and I will definitely use them again.

Amanda was extremely helpful and patient with us as we didn’t really know what we wanted. Her personal knowledge of the trip we booked was instrumental in our decision making. She was happy to answer our questions and she followed up with a reminder telephone call about booking our car parking a few days later. Friendly and personal service and nice to see brochures rather than just a computer screen as in some other travel agents.

A very warm welcome when we entered the shop from Mrs Amanda Bayliss, the manager. Explained everything in a clear manner enabling an accurate choice of holiday. Amanda was very polite and helpful but didn't rush us at all. Very professional. I certainly would recommend Hays Travel again.
